I found the hotel to be in a fantastic location, right beside Hyde Park and with various shops and cafes around the corner. The staff were a mix of rude and friendly, but they did carry our luggage up the stairs. However, the room was freezing with a draft from the window, and the heating didn't kick in until later in the day. The dining options were limited for the price paid.
