Europa House Hotel, London Paddington, London

I found the hotel to be in a fantastic location, right beside Hyde Park and with various shops and cafes around the corner. The staff were a mix of rude and friendly, but they did carry our luggage up the stairs. However, the room was freezing with a draft from the window, and the heating didn't kick in until later in the day. The dining options were limited for the price paid.

The location was perfect, close to Paddington station, and the dining options were decent. However, the lack of an elevator made it challenging, and the breakfast was not as advertised.

The hotel is situated at the very top of the building with no lifts, lots of stairs, and an unsafe window. The room had no air conditioning or fan initially, and it took multiple requests until finally receiving a working fan. On the positive side, the room was impeccably clean and had a fresh laundry scent.
